Ingredients :
- 2-3 leeks (finely chopped white part)
- 2 diced potatoes
- mixed herbs
- Garlic -2
- one onion
- double cream
- pepper powder
- parsley for garnish
- stock cubes(optional)
- salt
- butter
Method :
In a pan, add butter, fry garlic,onion and leeks. fry well Add potatoes, salt, mixed herbs. fry them well. add water/stock. boil for 15 minGrind the mixture in to fine consistency
Boil for few min.. Add double cream. garnish with parsley
