Ingredients :
- 2 Tomatoes
- 250 g of panir
- 1 cup of mixed capsicum
- 2 bay leaf
- Ginger garlic -2
- one onion
- 1 tsp of cashew nuts
- peppercorns 8-10
- 4 -5 red chilli(dry)
- One teaspoon cumin seeds
- One spoon of gram masala
- 1 spoon chilli powder
- Half spoon turmeric powder
- 1 spoon of coriander seeds
- coriander leaves
- Salt
- Oil and butter
Method :
In a pan add oil fry (onion, ginger ,garlic,tomatoes,cashew nuts) grind in to a fine paste
Dry roast the cumin seeds,coriander seeds,pepper corns and dry red chilli. make a fine powder
