Ingredients :
- 6 pitta breads
- cinnamon powder, 2 cardamon(spice)
- Garlic paste
- chicken
- One spoon of curd
- Kasuri methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
- One spoon of hot paprika powder
- 1 spoon chilli powder
- 1 spoon of coriander powder
- coriander leaves
- Salt
- Oil and butter
- garlic mayo
Method :
- Marinate the chicken pieces in curd, garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, hot paprika powder, kasuri methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
- cinnamon powder, 2 cardamon(spice) for 2- 3 hrs
- In a pan ,add oil fry these marination. cook them well
- In pitta bread or any wrap add the cooked chicken,garlic mayo and raw onion slices,coriander leaves, lemon and olive oil
- garnish with onion,olive oil, coriander
- serve hot
