Carrot Ginger Soup

Ingredients :


  • 5 - 6 carrots
  • 1 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • Ginger - 2 medium pieces
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp of  mixed herbs
  • pepper powder
  • Mint leaves (garnish)
  • oil

Method :



In a pan, add oil onion ginger, carrot fry them well. 
Add water boil for few min



 Cool them and grind them in to a fine paste


Add oil, add the paste

 
Add water and boil for some time


Serve Hot with bread.Sprinkle with mint leaves and Pumpkin seeds
