Ingredients :
- 300 g of rice
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- Grinding Ingredients(small onions,green chilli,ginger,garlic,cashews,mint,coriander leaves, cinnamon,2 cloves,little star anise)
- Bay leaves - 2
- curry leaves
- 3 spoon curd
- Half spoon turmeric powder
- Salt
- Oil
Method :
In a Pressure cooker, add 4 spoons of oil. Add curry leaves, bay leaves, Onion. fry until it softens.
Grinding Ingredients(small onions,green chilli,ginger,garlic,cashews,mint,coriander leaves, cinnamon,2 cloves,little star anise) grind in to fine paste
Add this paste in to cooker, fry well until the oil separates.
Add salt and ghee in the end,close the lid cook for 1 whistle.
Serve hot with any curry or chicken chettinad/curry. very tasty... must try
