Ingredients :
- Cauliflower -1
- 1/2 onion
- One or two pieces of garlic
- plain flour 1 cup
- One teaspoon red chilli powder
- One spoon of garam masala
- fresh coriander leaves
- Half spoon turmeric powder
- Salt
- Oil and butter
Method :
Grate Cauliflower, onion and garlic in a chopper.
Make a dough with plain flour and salt
Make stuffings using the mixture
Heat the pan
Cook gently on both sides
