Ingredients :
- Garlic (20-25 pieces)
- Small Onion - 8 (finely chopped)
- Ginger
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
For Grinding:
- Coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons
- Red Chilli whole (4-5)
- Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Fennel seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coconut pieces handful
- Salt
- Oil
Method :
In a pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil, fry cumin seeds, coriander seeds, coconut, Red chillies in medium flame.
In a kadai, add sesame oil or any cooking oil fry all garlic pieces, small onion, ginger, curry leaves in a medium flame.
