Ingredients :
- 300g vermicelli
- 450 ml water
- Salt
- Oil
- Ghee
- Three tablespoon semolina
- Two tablespoons of cashew nuts
- One onion
- Coriander
- Five chillies
- Peas
- Carrots
Method :
Add onion, carrots, peas, oil, chillies, coriander and salt into a kadai. Add the water and boil for five minutes.
In a small pan heat some ghee and add some cashews.
Add vermicelli and semolina, Next add the caashews and ghee.
Cook for five minutes and serve with coconut chutney.
