Ingredients :
- Channa dal - 1 table spoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1
- Red chilli - 3
- Ginger
- Salt
- Oil
- Mustard seeds for tempering
Method :
In pan heat some oil, add channa dal fry well in low heat. And then add onion, garlic, ginger and red chilli fry them well.
Add salt and grind into fine paste
Temper with mustard seeds... Serve with hot idli or dosa.
