Ingredients :
- Berries or any fruits (as preferred)
- Apricot (50g)
- 50g of pumpkin seeds and almonds, 100g of sunflower seeds.
- 300g rolled oats
- Honey
- Yoghurt
Method :
Gently roast oats, seeds, apricots and honey until golden brown. Once warm and roasted you can serve warm in a bowl with yoghurt and fruit.
