Ingredients :
- One cup rice
- 1/3 cup toor dal
- 1/3 cup moong dal
- 1/3 cup chana dal
- One onion (chopped)
- One teaspoon asafoetida
- One green chilli (chopped)
- One inch ginger (chopped)
- One teaspoon pepper
- One tablespoon cumin seeds
- Three red chillies
- Salt
- Oil
Method :
Soak the dals and the rice for at least four hours, preferably overnight. Grind to a dosa batter consistency using water, chillies and salt.
To the batter add all the other ingredients. You should cook on a pan with a little bit of oil and cook until crispy
Serve with coconut chutney (see blog).
