Ingredients :
- One green chilli
- One red chilli
- Curry leaves
- One onion
- One tablespoon grated coconut
- Three grated beetroot
- One teaspoon mustard seeds
- One teaspoon urid dal
- Salt
- Oil
Method :
Cook everything apart from the beetroot until golden brown. Once brown add the beetroot and salt. Cook this for 7 mins or until the beetroot is cooked.
Serve with rice and your favourite curry.
